-Fried food (especially harmful to children).
-Canned or smoked
-Foods that contain E-numbers: colorants, preservatives and other enhancers.
-Don't eat sausage and avoid meat as much as possible.
-Replace sweets with fruits (from farmers).
-Remove white flour products. Eat cereals, dark bread (rye or bran)
-Do not consume: sugar, coffee, alcohol and synthetic drinks (sodas, energy drinks, etc.)
-Replace sugar with honey. If you don't have honey, use brown sugar or raw sugar.
-White Sugar ... never!
Healthy foods and drinks:
-Drink at least 2 liters of water per day
-Eat fresh vegetables and vegetable protein (soy, mushrooms)
-Drink green tea instead of coffee in the morning (energizes the body)
-Drink a lot of fruit juices and herbal teas (natural teas from Plafars, not from the Supermarkets).
-Drink every night before bed and every morning: a glass of water + the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey (in the morning eat 30 minutes after having this drink)
-If you are not a vegan, eat fresh dairy: yogurt, sana, kefir. But check out the label: it must NOT contain E-numbers, dyes or preservatives!
-Exercises or active walking stimulate the cardiovascular and metabolic processes inside the body, exacerbating natural depurative functions.
-Try eating only only raw foods at least once a week . Don't eat cooked or fried food, only nutritious foods in their natural state: fruits, vegetables, juices, nuts, raisins, figs, dates, grains, water, tea, etc.
If you have the willingness and desire for a deeper detoxification, eat raw foods for 3-4 days/week!
It may seem hard, but trust me on this one: It's very easy once you begin the process. You have all the fruits, vegetables and seeds to combine in millions of wonderful recipes. Don't wait until tomorrow, the change is now!
