Knowing Who YOU Are!!!

To know who You truly are means claiming back Your Energy Field, reuniting and merging with I AM that I AM! Here is my decree of Truth about this process.

I KNOW WHO I AM!!! I stand firmly in the energy field of which I wasn't always aware in my past. I AM in the process of merging with my I AM Presence. What is happening within this process is SACRED TO ME and is happening within my own Source connection and I need no one to tell all that to in order to reassure myself, to get confirmations from others, definitions, or anything else of the lower state of Being.

I need nothing from the outer, when I STAND FIRMLY in my own Light of who I AM. And no matter how evolved I AM as a Soul, I never speak to others in a way as: "You should know who I AM, you will find out if you just connect on a Soul level", because doing that would mean I need reassurance and I AM not at PEACE with myself. ALL who need to know, do know and shall know. Those who won't, never will. And what truly matter is, that I always DO and never forget it.

I have no more need to control anything or anyone, for I AM IT, I AM the One I have been waiting for and all is good and perfect in this Reality where I AM this Co-creator Being. And I know my Divine mission by feeling my Being, not describing it with words or identifying with certain people or situations. Because we are beyond any kind of description, our Being could only be felt from within.

I could go on about writing and clarifying to others, telling them things about me, about who I AM. But what purpose would that serve? Who do I actually serve with this? A true Wise One does not need to speak of this. This individual is recognized by those who are meant to FEEL their Presence anyway. And the only thing that makes a difference is to make people shift back to LOVE, which is what I AM doing and why I AM here for.

There is no need to be tested by others, the Only One testing me is God/Goddess, through my own inner initiations of my Soul growth on the way back to Divine remembrance. I AM ONLY HERE TO SERVE. That's why I incarnated here. And being of loving service is the only thing that truly matters in my I AM Reality.

No matter how we do it, we are each doing it our own way. I do not focus on others, for it is my path that matters and the lives of those Souls I touch. And everyone else is on their own Divine mission. We are ALL it! All equal, just with different assignments within One, within variation of Creation.

I simply don't have anymore need to speak to others in a way of defending myself, because that only reflects inner insecurities and the battle of the lower mind. Because I ALWAYS CHOOSE LOVE FIRST, I always ask myself: "What would love do?" And I let the Highest order of Divinity to guide me, only the Highest Light Beings within the Law of One.

I have spoken. This is what I wish to convey to others. The rest is not for me to say. I have my own guidance as well as everyone else. And if others might act the way which shows that they and they alone possess this, it just means that it's not really not coming from the highest state of DIVINE LOVE and they do not have a deeper understanding within the Light of Truth yet.

I AM only here to be an embodiment of DIVINE LOVE and I am getting confirmations of Spirit every day; through others, through what I see in my own Life every day, through my Love touching the lives of many and that is all I AM here for. I have no other Personal Human agenda aside from my Divine agenda to serve Humanity.

World Hunger~Global Starvation

The world is facing a hunger crisis unlike anything it has seen in more than 50 years.
925 million people are hungry.
Every day, almost 16,000 children die from hunger-related causes. That's one child every five seconds.
There were 1.4 billion people in extreme poverty in 2005. The World Bank estimates that the spike in global food prices in 2008, followed by the global economic recession in 2009 and 2010 has pushed between 100-150 million people into poverty.

Starvation results from the inadequate intake of nutrients or the inability to metabolize or absorb nutrients. It can have a number of causes such as prolonged fasting, anorexia, deprivation, or disease. No matter what the cause, starvation takes about the same course and consists of three phases. The events of the first two phases occur even during relatively short periods of fasting or dieting, but the third phase occurs only in prolonged starvation and can end in death.

During the first phase of starvation, blood glucose levels are maintained through the production of glucose from glycogen, proteins, and fats. At first glycogen is broken down into glucose. However, only enough glycogen is stored in the liver to last a few hours. Thereafter, blood glucose levels are maintained by the breakdown of proteins and fats. Fats are decomposed into fatty acids and glycerol. Fatty acids can be used as a source of energy, especially by skeletal muscle, thus decreasing the use of glucose by tissues other than the brain. Glycerol can be used to make a small amount of glucose, but most of the glucose is formed from the amino acids of proteins. In addition, some amino acids can be used directly for energy.

In the second stage, which can last for several weeks, fats are the primary energy source. The liver metabolizes fatty acids into ketone bodies that can be used as a source of energy. After about a week of fasting, the brain begins to use ketone bodies, as wells as glucose, for energy. This usage decrease the demand for glucose, and the rate of protein breakdown diminishes but does not stop. In addition, the proteins not essential for survival are used first.

The third stage of starvation begins when the fat reserves are depleted and there is a switch to proteins as the major energy source. Muscles, the largest source of protein in the body, are rapidly depleted. At the end of this stage, proteins, essential for cellular functions are broken down, and cell function degenerates.

In addition to weigh loss, symptoms of starvation include apathy, listlessness, withdrawal, and increased susceptibility to infectious disease. Few people die directly from starvation because they usually die of some infectious disease first. Other signs of starvation can include changes in hair color, flaky skin, and massive edema in the abdomen and lower limbs, causing the abdomen to appear bloated.

During the process of starvation, the ability of the body to consume normal volumes of food also decreases.

Foods high in bulk but low in protein content often cannot reverse the process of starvation. Intervention involves feeding the starving person low-bulk food that provides ample proteins and kilo-calories and is fortified with vitamins and minerals. The process of starvation also results in dehydration, and dehydration is an important part of intervention. Even with intervention, a victim may be so affected by disease or weakness that he cannot recover.

Living with an Alcoholic

When you live with an alcoholic that always apologizes for hurting you, eventually the apologies do not mean much. If the person continues to do the things that they keep saying their sorry for, you have to wonder if they ever meant one word of the apology. This is a common feeling. You can only listen to apologies so many times before you start to think that it is a programmed response that has no meaning. Alcoholics are great at saying that they are sorry, but they have a hard time not doing the same thing again. When you love someone, this is hard to understand.
The first time something happens, they will be sorry the next day. This is because they have sober up and more than likely, they have a memory of what they have done or you have told them. They will be sweet and apologetic because they truly are sorry. However, they can promise it will never happen again, but when they drink, they have no control over what they do. It can happen again. This time it might be a little worst then the first time. After the first time, you felt content to believe them, but if it happens again, you have to think about whether or not they really meant it.
Once it happens again, and they say they are sorry, you have to start wondering when it will happen again and again. This is the hardest part of living with an alcoholic. You never know for sure if they mean anything that they say. You start to doubt their love for you and wonder why they never lash out at anyone else. Sometimes they do, but it is rare for an alcoholic to just go off on someone that did not provoke them, accept you.
Then you start to wonder if they will ever say they are sorry and mean it. This is the worst feeling in the world. You are doubting their sincerity and you start to doubt other things that they say to you including that fact that they love you. You start to think how they could do this to you repeatedly if they did love you. Now, you not only live with an alcoholic, you live with the doubt. This can eat away at you to no end. This is when the trust starts to fade.
After years of hearing sorry, you just do not believe them anymore. You doubt every word they say to you and you cannot believe anything that they say to you. The home is no longer a home. It turns into a prison that you made for yourself. You now have more confusion and do not know what to do. You still care for the person, but you wonder if you could ever love that person again. The times of happiness are gone and all you are left with is drinking and broken promises.
You lose all hope and feel all alone. You want to leave, but you feel as if you owe the person something. You can become withdrawn and hopeless. You may even wonder why you should be the only responsible and sober person in the home. You start to feel all alone with no one to turn to for help. You look for answers, but you find emptiness. You wonder what to do next. Your life has not turned out as you expected it to when you first met the person and you need happiness to live. You turn to someone else or you turn to the same demon that took the love from you.

Living with an alcoholic can be like living with a deceitful child and it can be very frustrating. If the alcoholic in your home is your spouse, you might be thinking about divorce. If it is your parent, you might be the chosen scapegoat and blamed for everything and are thinking about running away. This is normal. It isn't anybody's fault. An alcoholic needs help… not to be abandoned. An alcoholic is very deceitful about his or her drinking. If you ask the person if they are drinking, they will deny it until they are blue in the face. There is no point discussing the drinking and fighting about the drinking unless you and other family members have a plan to get he or she into a detoxification facility.
An alcoholic will never show up at public events and make up lies on why they weren't there. However, they might be better off not embarrassing you with the public drunkenness and taking the chance in getting another D.U.I. Alcoholics cannot even tell themselves the truth about the fact that they have a problem, don't expect them to be true to you until they are sober.
An alcoholic will do whatever it takes to get that next drink. They will lie, cheat, and steal until they have another drink. If you don't go get the booze for them, then they will go get it themselves and risk their life trying to do it.
Living with an alcoholic is frustrating because you have to let them hit the bottom before they can be helped. You and your family might have to force he or she into a facility. Don't worry about hurting their feelings, you are helping them in the long run. Don't think that the alcoholic in your home hates you. They might when they are drunk, but they don't really. They just know that you know they have a problem, but can't face it themselves.
Being the child of an alcoholic can be difficult especially if you are blamed for everything. Don't worry. Alcoholics always choose one of the kids to blame for the problems associated with their drinking. It is not really you and they really don't hate you. It is the alcohol that has taken over their body causing them to be mean and deceitful.
Living with an alcoholic can be made a positive experience when you understand the disease, and seek to get your family member the help they need.
